Admissions Representative

Admissions Representative responsible for the enrollment process for Success Education Colleges’ programs. Presents the campus and its programs to prospective students, enrolls qualified individuals, conducts admissions activities with adherence to policies and regulations, and provides superior customer service via phone, email, text, and in person. Tasks include scheduling interviews, following up to address obstacles, guiding prospective students through orientation and enrollment, maintaining inquiry and enrollment records in the database, and supporting campus events. Must meet sales goals, demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
