Job Summary
Admissions Representative responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, presenting campus programs, scheduling interviews, and providing superior customer service across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include inquiry tracking, financial aid packaging coordination, maintaining accurate records, meeting enrollment goals, and participating in campus events. Strong sales background, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential; requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with database management systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have previous face-to-face sales, marketing or customer service experience
- Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is required! Or with Marketing/sales at least 5 years
- Bilingual English/Spanish
