Job Summary
Admissions Representative responsible for recruiting certificate and degree-seeking students for The Chicago School, managing the full admissions cycle from initial contact to enrollment. Conduct telephone-based, virtual, and in-person consultations to qualify prospective students, explain programs, and ensure admission paperwork is completed. Maintain Salesforce/CRM records, perform outbound calls, respond to inquiries promptly, and represent the university professionally at campus events or meetings. Requires campus presence for assigned location, with evening/weekend availability and occasional domestic travel. Minimum Bachelor’s degree; strong communication skills and CRM proficiency essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Computer skills including experience with customer relationship management systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly
