Admissions Representative responsible for outbound/inbound communications with prospective students, scheduling campus visits, conducting campus tours, facilitating registrations, and supporting enrollment processes. Requires strong presentation skills, high-volume customer service experience, familiarity with CampusVue/Velocify, and proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel. Works with diverse groups, maintains energy and coaching-oriented approach, and supports new-student orientation and ongoing student communication.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related area from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
