Job Summary
Admissions Representative who works with prospective students to manage a database, conduct outreach, schedule and run admissions meetings, and assist students through enrollment. The role requires high-energy relationship-building, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to follow up with inquiries and applicants to support matriculation. Responsibilities include managing activities in the CRM and participating in recruiting events, while collaborating with the Admissions Enrollment Manager to achieve daily and weekly goals. The position emphasizes problem solving for student concerns, delivering exemplary service, and maintaining effective time management, with opportunities for remote work within a professional home-office setup.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years' experience in student facing roles related to admissions, recruitment, higher education or sales
- Excel at face-to-face and phone communication in both “one-on-one” and large group environments
- Must reside in Arizona where the work is performed
- Dynamic and innovative personality with a strong desire to connect with people
- Possess strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, adaptive, resilient, and embody integrity, always willing to do the right thing
- Open to coaching and able to collaborate across college departments
