Job Summary
Admissions Representative responsible for managing a database of prospective students, performing high-volume outreach, conducting admissions meetings, and helping applicants complete enrollment steps. The role involves relationship-building with prospective students, participating in recruiting events, coordinating with the Admissions Enrollment Manager, and ensuring timely follow-up and support through the enrollment process. Requires strong communication, presentation, organizational, and CRM skills, with the ability to work in a goal-driven environment and adapt to changing needs. The position is located in Arlington, Texas, and supports remote working hours with a professional home workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Texas where the work is performed
- Two (2) years' experience in student facing roles related to admissions, recruitment, higher education or sales
- Track record of exceeding individual and team goals
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excel at face-to-face and phone communication in both “one-on-one” and large group environments
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral)
- Open to coaching and accountability to results
