Job Summary
Admissions Representative at Hondros College of Nursing Columbus campus responsible for selectively screening, interviewing and enrolling prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment completion process. Duties include conducting personal interviews to qualify applicants and explain academic programs, liaising with campus departments to ensure efficient enrollment, educating prospects about programs and financing options, assessing applicant eligibility, completing enrollment documents, and supporting on- and off-campus recruitment events. The role emphasizes customer service, consultative interviewing to align student needs with program offerings, and adherence to admissions requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three years customer service experience and/or sales related experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with a variety of individuals at various organizational levels
- Ability to identify and assess educational needs for prospective students and provide recommendations
- Ability to identify and resolve escalated issues or recommend solutions
- Ability to establish and meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret federal and state regulations and ensure compliance
