Job Summary
Drive program enrollment by leading admissions consultations; manage and convert warm inbound leads into program enrollments through proactive outreach via phone, text, and email; maintain accurate CRM records of communications and applicant progress; collaborate with marketing to optimize conversion of inbound and social media–generated leads; qualify prospective students and ensure smooth handoff through the admissions process; manage an assigned pipeline across Atlantis – Pre-Health and Lex – Pre-Law programs with equitable lead distribution; consistently meet or exceed enrollment and conversion goals through relationship-building and consultative sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant customer service experience or entry-level sales experience
