Job Summary
Admissions Representative is responsible for providing customer service and information to prospective students interested in career education, conducting outbound/inbound calls, scheduling campus visits, hosting campus tours, conducting interviews, facilitating enrollments, and participating in new-student orientation. Requires associate’s degree and a track record of high-volume customer service; preferred experience with CampusVue/Velocify; must demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and computer skills; roles include guiding prospective students through the enrollment process and ensuring positive transitions to active students.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related area from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- A track record of being successful in high-volume customer service setting
- Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software (preferred)
- Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
