Job Summary
Admissions Representative at Quadrant Health Group in Boca Raton, FL responsible for guiding individuals and families through the admissions process with empathy and professionalism. Duties include answering inbound calls, gathering demographic, clinical, and financial details in CRM, verifying insurance benefits via VerifyTx, uploading documents (VOBs, IDs, insurance cards), conducting clinical and pre-admission assessments (training provided), building trust with clients in crisis situations, explaining insurance coverage and treatment options, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and following up throughout the admission process. Requires strong communication, compassion, data-entry in CRM/EMR systems, and ability to work in high-volume settings; training provided for clinical assessments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, admissions, or customer service
- Familiarity with substance use, mental health, or recovery preferred
- Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM/EMR systems)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Empathy, professionalism, and strong follow-through
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused in high-volume settings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
