Job Summary
Admissions Representative at AIM to guide prospective students toward program fit and enrollment. Responsibilities include evaluating eligibility and program fit, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings, achieving enrollment KPIs, guiding applicants through the enrollment process (appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, follow-up), tracking application status and required documentation, and assisting with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs. Requires strong communication, time management, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a student-focused, results-driven approach; schedule includes evenings/weekends and the role offers compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates' or higher degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
