Job Summary
Admissions Representative to connect prospective students with programs that support their goals, evaluate enrollment eligibility and fit, and guide applicants from initial inquiry through enrollment. Duties include outreach via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings, achieving enrollment KPIs (outreach volume, appointment conversion, application completion, enrollment success), tracking application status and required documentation, and assisting with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs. Requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Role schedule includes evenings/weekends as needed; location is Duluth, GA with standard weekday hours and occasional Saturday events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates' or higher degree preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service with KPIs
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
