Admissions Representative

Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings, responding with speed and professionalism. Assess each student's goals and eligibility to identify the right program fit, then guide them through the full admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment. Consistently meet and exceed enrollment KPIs by proactively following up to resolve barriers and maintain momentum. Represent AIM at open houses and career fairs to drive community recruitment. Maintain accurate CRM records of application status and pipeline activity. This role requires flexible availability including rotating Saturdays and evenings to support a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
