Job Summary
Remote Admissions Representative focused on high-volume outbound calling (80–100 calls daily) to engage prospective students and close sales in higher education. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 1+ year of outbound/inside sales experience. Responsibilities include building relationships with prospective students, communicating program offerings and benefits, achieving sales KPIs, and recording activities in CRM. Offers 100% remote work with a flexible schedule and a remote-first culture. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Preferred CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, admissions representative, or similar roles
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
