Job Summary
Provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with the care plan and physician orders; continuously observe and assess patient condition and communicate changes; develop, implement and update the nursing care plan; take appropriate nursing actions to meet outcomes; protect staff and patients through infection control per OSHA; educate patient and family on disease processes, self-care, and prevention; document nursing actions and care coordination; maintain nursing competencies through ongoing education; comply with Aveanna policies, state/federal regulations, accrediting bodies, and the Nurse Practice Act. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM with territory in Shelby and Chilton; requires active RN license and CPR; preferred Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and understanding of Hospice; 1-year RN experience in a healthcare setting.”,
