Job Summary
Admissions Registered Nurse provides and documents skilled nursing care in accordance with the care plan and physicians’ orders, maintains confidentiality, and educates patients/families. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 11AM-7PM; Territory: Shelby and Chilton. Responsibilities include coordinating care, assessing patient needs, documenting actions, updating care plans, ensuring infection control, and complying with regulatory requirements. Preferred Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and Hospice knowledge; 1 year RN experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of application
- Valid CPR
