Job Summary
Admissions Registered Nurse delivers and documents skilled nursing care per the care plan and physician orders, maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries, and coordinates patient care while educating patients and families. Responsibilities include ongoing assessment, documentation of nursing actions, updating the care plan, infection-control practices per OSHA, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards. Schedule is Full-Time with weekday hours (11 AM–7 PM) serving the Pelham area and surrounding territory. Requires state RN licensure and CPR certification; Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and hospice knowledge preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License in the state of application
- Valid CPR
- 1-year RN experience in a health care setting
