Job Summary
Identify prospective undergraduate students, lead them through the admission process, and meet recruitment goals. Travel to high schools, community colleges, churches, college fairs, and events to build relationships with guidance counselors and centers of influence. Communicate with prospects via email, phone, social media, texting, notes/letters, and campus visits. Utilize Salesforce CRM to document activities and track progress. Maintain knowledge of Rochester Christian University’s traditional, online, and graduate programs to recruit for multiple offerings. Promote the university to prospective students and families and engage at recruitment events such as Warrior Days. Evaluate transcripts for pre-advising and demonstrate how programs align with educational goals. Establish relationships with guidance counselors and centers of influence. Attend to other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, enrollment advising, sales or marketing
- Ability to travel locally extensively
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Ability to present to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus
- Self-motivated and professional image
- Supportive of university mission
