Admissions Recruiter (Augusta, Me.)

Recruit eligible youth for the Job Corps Program by conducting outreach at community agencies, American Job Centers, and public events. Interface with contractors to determine student qualifications for enrollment in residential, non-residential, and OTP programs while adhering to government directives. Conduct orientation and interviews with applicants, including parents for minors, and perform applicant file procedures such as data entry and document scanning. Maintain accountability for staff, students, and property by performing quality assurance checks on all files and fostering a safe, harassment-free environment. Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants and participate in departmental meetings. This hybrid position requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in human services or related fields, a valid driver's license, and experience working with diverse youth.
