Deliver excellent guest service at the Ticket Desk and Cornerstone Gift Shop by accurately processing ticket sales, annual passes, and group bookings while answering questions about pricing and experiences. Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned locations, maintain a clean and organized work area, and model professional, friendly interactions that uphold the Culture of Excellence. Complete all cashier responsibilities in accordance with operational procedures and capture required guest information such as zip codes. Ensure efficient transactions and clear communication to support Rock City Enterprises' mission of creating Memories worth Repeating.
