Job Summary
Admissions Officer responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process, providing program information, and ensuring admissions requirements are met while supporting departmental goals. Responsibilities include welcoming students through all steps of the enrollment process (paperwork, qualifications, campus tours, financial aid, and scheduling), delivering accurate information about the college and programs, assisting students in selecting programs based on professional judgments, test scores, transcripts, and admissions requirements, qualifying applicants who meet college admissions criteria, making timely follow-ups and generating referrals, and contributing to team objectives and adherence to the department’s budget. The role emphasizes proactive communication, professional presentation, and collaboration to improve overall admissions quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or in-field experience in lieu of degree
