Job Summary
Contact incoming inquiries for graduate program admissions and verify applications to pre-qualify candidates for committee interviews. Make outbound calls up to 100 daily, enter student applications into the Jenzabar system, and audit pre-requisites across multiple software platforms. Strategically communicate with prospects regarding admissions processes, policies, and acceptance protocols while supporting recruitment fairs, campus tours, and orientation events. Analyze enrollment and matriculation reports for leadership and complete new enrollment file processing within 30 days of start dates. Work evenings and weekends as needed to cover peak periods and assist admissions teams with call blocks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate's degree
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- One (1) year of related experience in a high-traffic higher education/university office environment
- Graduate health care admissions preferred
- General knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, and MSFT Teams
- Knowledge in Jenzabar, WebAdmit, OnBase, JRM and Salesforce Systems (CRM)
- Dependable
