Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to Long-Term and Rehab residents at The Springs Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Reassure and communicate effectively with patients while addressing their specific needs. Work a full-time flexible schedule from 11am to 7pm. Maintain an unencumbered LVN license and current CPR certification. Prioritize excellent interpersonal skills and reliable transportation. A Bachelor's degree is a plus, with experience in health care sales, marketing, or managed care preferred. Minimum one year of clinical LVN experience is desired. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in health care sales, marketing, insurance or commensurate education
- Experience in managed care or insurance
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Unencumbered LVN license
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
