Admissions - Night Lead Registrar - FT

Receives and interviews patients to collect demographic, clinical, and financial data, obtaining insurance cards and verifying eligibility. Collects payments or makes financial arrangements, performs order entry for tests, and prepares reports and patient identification items per Federal, State, and HMC policies. Manages bed control functions including assignments, discharges, transfers, and status transitions while acting as a Superuser on departmental systems. Leads and trains staff across three Patient Access sub-departments, resolving system questions and driving performance improvement.
