Job Summary
Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community referral sources while coordinating admissions paperwork and clinical information. Meet with prospective residents and families to discuss services, conduct facility tours, and guide them through the admissions process. Support occupancy growth by developing new referral partnerships and maintaining accurate records with follow-up communication after admission. Travel between Aledo and Monmouth facilities to manage these responsibilities independently.
Required Qualifications
