Job Summary
Lead community outreach by presenting Vibrant Life philosophy to clients, families, and potential residents while managing all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Develop and implement marketing plans based on competitor analysis, oversee budget execution, and maintain pricing strategies. Coordinate media relationships, manage the marketing database, and handle correspondence for inquiries, tours, and follow-ups. Train staff on inquiry protocols and ensure compliance with state documentation requirements for new admissions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Technical marketing skills for healthcare/assisted living
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Desire to work in the health care field
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to work as part of a management team
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
