Job Summary
Join our compassionate team as an Admissions Liaison, responsible for managing facility census through physician outreach, conducting sales calls, and networking with community organizations to generate patient referrals. Achieve census goals by converting referrals into admissions and developing relationships with referral sources while providing excellent customer service. Requires a secondary education degree, preferably nursing, and a minimum of three years in healthcare business development with strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary Education Degree required (Associate or Bachelor's degree)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare business development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality service
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing degree preferred
- Managed care/insurance experience preferred
- Experience with public and commercial payer sources preferred
