Job Summary
Manage guest interactions and maintain safe, smooth lines during admission processes. Keep public areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked to ensure a positive first impression. Follow all opening and closing procedures to keep the attraction running. Maintain high energy and assertiveness while adhering to Merlin Values. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. This role supports our mission to create magical experiences for children and LEGO fans globally.
Required Qualifications
- Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer.
Desired Qualifications
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
