Job Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and create memorable experiences by answering guest questions. Manage guest flow and queues while supporting admissions and guest services. Keep public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Work with the team to deliver exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Requires outgoing, energetic, and reliable personality with great communication skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. 6–12 months of experience in attractions or customer service is a bonus.
