Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the admissions process for new residents from inquiry through move-in, ensuring all paperwork and regulatory forms are completed accurately. Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral partners, and families while using social media to promote the facility and share its story. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and business office teams to ensure seamless resident transitions and give facility tours that highlight our culture. Track admissions, discharges, and occupancy trends to support census growth goals, and represent Stillwater at community events and outreach programs. Lead open houses and marketing initiatives to drive new resident inquiries. Full-time day shift with occasional evenings or weekends for tours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Admissions & Marketing Leadership
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, social services, or census development
- Demonstrated success in driving census growth and building community partnerships
- Ability to design and execute a comprehensive admissions and marketing strategy
- Ability to set measurable census goals
- Ability to deliver results that strengthen the facility's growth and visibility
- Skilled in leveraging social media platforms, digital campaigns, and community engagement tools
- Ability to spark conversations, attract referrals, and showcase the Stillwater brand
- Skilled in cultivating and sustaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community organizations
- Ability to analyze admission data, market trends, and competitor information
- Ability to inform census strategies and ensure consistent growth
- Experience developing and managing admissions and marketing budgets
- Ability to maximize ROI and strategically invest in census-driving initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and lead open houses, facility tours, community events, and outreach programs
- Ability to increase visibility and drive new resident inquiries
- Strong skills in preparing reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership
- Ability to clearly communicate census metrics, marketing performance, and progress toward goals
