Admissions Director (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Admissions Director at Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital oversees the admissions process for new residents, conducts facility tours and pre-admission interviews with prospective residents and responsible parties, explains facility services clearly, handles admission inquiries via phone, email, fax and in person, gathers referral information and prepares summaries for the team, collaborates with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to determine admission suitability, and follows up with newly admitted residents to ensure a positive transition and satisfaction. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with compensation of $39–$45 per hour.
