Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and enroll prospective clients while overseeing the admissions process to ensure all procedures and documentation are followed. Manage and train the admissions team, collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to align strategies with organizational goals, and conduct public speaking engagements for community outreach. Analyze admissions data to assess trends and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. This pivotal leadership role supports individuals on their recovery journey at Sanctuary Recovery Centers in Phoenix, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- demonstrating strong interpersonal and management skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with admissions software and data management systems
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening test
- Must pass an APS (Adult Protective Services) registry check
- Consent to background checks, drug screenings, and APS registry checks
