Job Summary
Direct day-to-day operations of the Intake Coordination team while collaborating closely with the business development team and referral sources. Manage intake processes, balance team and individual responsibilities, and provide objective feedback to hold the team accountable. Ensure accurate, thorough monitoring of work processes and outcomes, applying feedback to continuously improve performance. Maintain a positive team spirit by welcoming input and prioritizing team success over individual interests. Requires RN licensure with hospice experience and willingness to drive.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice
- at least 1 year of hospice experience
- two years of nursing experience
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation
