Admissions Director

Coordinate facility tours with prospective residents, families, and referrers while managing the complete admission process from paperwork to room preparation. Meet with residents and families on admission day to answer questions and ensure a smooth transition, then provide daily census reports to the interdisciplinary team. Develop and maintain the referral base by presenting to healthcare professionals and implementing marketing plans, while reviewing medical and financial records to verify resident appropriateness. Maintain infection control standards, report hazardous conditions, and interact respectfully with all stakeholders.
