Job Summary
Admissions Director responsible for leading the admissions process from referral through admission, building relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners; coordinating with clinical and operational teams; educating prospective residents and families on services and processes; monitoring census and occupancy strategies; collaborating with Marketing/Business Development; maintaining records and ensuring documentation and insurance coordination; ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations; and participating in community outreach to represent the facility in the local healthcare market. Requires strong communication, customer service, organizational skills, and experience with EMR/admissions software within a skilled nursing/rehabilitation or healthcare setting. Job type is full-time, on-site in Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of admissions, business development, marketing, or case management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Hospital, or other healthcare setting.
