Job Summary
Lead the admissions process for a nursing home community, guiding prospective residents and families through admissions with care and clarity. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents, embody the organization’s values as the face and voice of the brand, and use data and feedback to continuously improve the admissions experience. Requires at least 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience, long-term care experience, knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing, and strong communication with physicians and caregivers regarding clinical evaluations. Senior leadership-level responsibilities include coordinating across teams and championing a warm, patient-centered onboarding for new residents.
Required Qualifications
- Holds at least 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience
- Has long-term care experience
- Knowledge of Medicare, third-party billing, and medical terminology
- Confident communication with physicians and caregivers regarding clinical evaluations
