Job Summary
Oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry through resident move-in, conducting engaging tours and assessing needs to ensure appropriate placement. Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and families to gather documentation, while maintaining accurate resident records in full compliance with state regulations and privacy laws. Lead admissions efforts focused on responsiveness and relationship-building to support census goals, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions. Requires flexibility for admissions and marketing responsibilities, with a full-time schedule. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Admissions, Marketing, or a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage families with empathy and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage sensitive conversations, and guide families through decision-making processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admissions and marketing responsibilities may require
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
