ADMISSIONS DESK NURSE LPN LVN

Admit, transfer, and discharge residents while conducting daily rounds to monitor their physical and emotional status. Administer medications and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff under the direction of a registered nurse. Maintain confidentiality of resident information and promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice environment. This role requires current LVN/LPN licensure, strong communication skills, and experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage with a salary range of $35.50 to $40.00 per hour.
