Job Summary
Recruit eligible youth for the Job Corps program, conduct outreach activities in communities, agencies, American Job Centers and public events, and conduct orientations and interviews with applicants (including parents for minors). Responsible for meeting departmental and center goals, performing applicant file procedures (data entry, scanning documents to e-file), participating in departmental meetings, coordinating travel arrangements with centers, performing Quality Assurance checks on all applicant files, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years’ supervisory experience or equivalent, with 1–2 years of related experience; English/Spanish bilingual a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and 2 years’ related supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One or two years of related experience and/or training required.
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
