Job Summary
Manage all activities related to prospective students, applicants, school districts, and colleges from a specific territory. Conduct engagement via telephone, email, written, and personal contact while managing application flow and evaluating admissions decisions. Attend regional and national college fairs, both in-person and virtual, and provide campus tours when needed. Promptly respond to inquiries and assist the financial aid office during peak times. Coordinate special projects and enrollment-related events such as Open House and Admitted Student Days. Extensive travel is required for in-person recruitment to targeted schools and regions, including evening and weekend programs. Frequent evening and weekend availability is necessary, with peak travel seasons in fall and spring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organized while balancing travel and recruitment duties
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences both in-person and virtually
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and strategic decision-making skills demonstrated through effectively identifying and resolving challenges
- Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the College's Mission and Core Values, including a shared dedication to inclusive, mission-driven education that supports the development of the whole person
