Job Summary
Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan for assigned territories, traveling throughout Virginia and out-of-state areas to visit high schools, attend college fairs, and build relationships with school counselors. Represent Bridgewater College at on- and off-campus events, including Open Houses and Admitted Students Day, while guiding prospective students through the admissions process and making decisions based on institutional policies. Deliver personalized campus visit experiences and communicate the value of a liberal arts education through presentations, phone calls, and virtual communication. Maintain accurate records using the College's CRM and participate in professional development to stay current on admissions trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Passion for working with students and families from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends during peak recruitment periods
