Job Summary
Respond to school district queries regarding potential referrals and maintain accurate admissions records. Communicate program availability with Principal and Committee on Special Education Chairpersons, then schedule and conduct intake interviews with families to collect consent forms and social histories. Contact previous treatment providers, facilitate post-intake meetings, and determine placement appropriateness for classroom and counselor assignment. Coordinate attendance at CSE meetings, disseminate relevant information to incoming student teams, and complete screening admission reports with strength and needs formulations. This hybrid, part-time position offers flexible scheduling at $23.07-$28/hr for a Master's level social worker joining Racker's Counseling for School Success team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- LCSW
- LMSW
- Master's Degree in relevant mental health field
