Job Summary
Conduct initial patient assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and treatment. Coordinate with medical staff, explain treatment options to patients and families, and provide crisis intervention services as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely admissions while collaborating with staff for comprehensive care. Provide excellent customer service throughout the admissions process. Weekend work is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a substance use disorder admissions or related role
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in crisis situations
- Weekend work
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field
- Sales Experience
