Job Summary
Manage the admissions process by handling referrals, intake, verification, pre-certification, and admissions for the facility. Serve as a back-up to the Admissions Manager and perform other related duties as assigned. Requires one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare registration function, along with knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification. This role supports PAM Health's mission to provide compassionate post-acute care across 80 locations in 17 states.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology
- Knowledge of process of insurance verification
- At least one (1) year experience in a medical office position or in a healthcare registration function
