Admissions Coordinator

Oversee the admissions process, develop census through nurturing contacts with hospital and long-term care case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, and lead community outreach and marketing efforts. Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills within a fast-paced leadership role. Experience in long-term care with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid is required.
