Job Summary
Admissions Coordinator to manage referrals, tours, and the admissions process within the healthcare center, ensuring documentation is collected and communicated per MFA guidelines. Responsibilities include financial verification before admission, conducting professional tours to secure family commitment, maintaining ADT data integrity, overseeing preadmission review processes, ensuring contractual agreements upon admission, providing timely updates to the Admissions Director, addressing referral-source issues, and assisting with training for back-up admissions staff. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Completion of company’s Admissions Management & Data Entry Systems certifications
- Previous experience in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
