Job Summary
Welcome new residents with a packet, ensure their room is ready, and follow up to ensure admission goes smoothly. Conduct admissions processes in line with Skilled Nursing practices, policies, and procedures. Interact professionally and positively with employees, residents, visitors, and the general public. Seek new methods and principles to incorporate into existing admission practices. Maintain patience, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and friendliness throughout all interactions. This full-time role supports our mission to inspire hope and deliver unparalleled hospitality within our clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Admission practices, processes, and policies
- 6 months in a admissions assistant role in a SNF
