Job Summary
Admissions Assistant to support the Director of Admissions with administrative systems, calendar management for multiple stakeholders, and on-campus family welcome and event logistics. Responsibilities include managing emails, templates, attendance, events, field trips, and coordinating the Student Ambassador Program. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of administrative/operational experience, strong English and Portuguese communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to maintain professional conduct and deadlines. The role emphasizes relationship-building with families, staff, and leaders, and supports a culture of inclusion and safeguarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in administrative, operational, or customer-centric role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Highly organized with strong calendar management and office workflows
- Ability to coordinate events, attendance, and student programs
- Professional conduct, punctuality, and deadline management
- Ability to build relationships with leaders, faculty, staff, and parents
- Commitment to safeguarding and background checks as part of hiring
