Job Summary
Review and assess student applications against course entry criteria, validating supporting documentation including ID, transcripts, and English language proficiency. Generate and issue Offers of Admission, Confirmation of Enrolment, and Overseas Student Health Cover as required. Manage the assessment process in accordance with institutional policies, ensuring acceptance and commencement conditions are met before progressing enrolment. Deliver structured onboarding communications and proactive outreach to support student transition, while tracking engagement metrics and reporting trends to inform process improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for applicants and internal stakeholders, coordinating referrals with Sales, Student Services, and Academic teams to ensure a consistent experience through to census.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in tertiary admissions, compliance, or student services, including understanding of Credit/RPL processes.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams, including Sales, Academic, Student Services, Marketing, and national teams.
- Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, supportive guidance to applicants, audition/folio candidates, and commencing students.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, including applications, audition/folio assessments, onboarding activities, and events.
- Maintain high attention to detail in compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet service standards and operational requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of domestic and international regulatory frameworks and policies governing student admissions
- Experience managing international student applications, including visa checks, OSHC, and related compliance processes
