Admissions and Marketing Director

Job Summary
Oversee the admissions process from referral to admission while leading marketing and outreach efforts to increase census and strengthen community presence. Serve as the primary ambassador by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners, conducting facility tours, and managing paperwork to ensure a seamless transition for new residents. Meet with prospective families to educate them through the decision-making process and actively represent the facility through networking, meetings, and events. Provide daily updates to the Admissions Support Team regarding referrals and activity, make informed recommendations to leadership, and maintain regulatory knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care. Monitor customer satisfaction feedback to develop action plans for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent healthcare marketing or admissions experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing care setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate, and promote clinical outcomes, data, and performance metrics to referral partners and the community
- Proven experience with networking, community outreach, and coordinating community or referral-based events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
